The role

As a Legacy operator, you're placed into a client's workflow to own recurring work across one of four tracks: executive admin, social & brand, content & design, or web & technical.

What we look for
  • 1+ years of relevant remote work or operations experience
  • Strong written English and exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and administrative tools
  • Reliable hardware alongside a quiet, stable internet connection
  • Ready to begin within two weeks of a formal placement
